No. Coaches focus on motivation and mindset. I am a Systems Auditor. I focus on structural integrity. I don’t help you "feel" better about your business; I find the leaks in your operations and show you how to plug them.

Everything. A building fails because of neglected maintenance, poor foundations, or high-pressure leaks. A business fails for the exact same reasons. I use the same diagnostic rigor to find "operational rot" that I use to find structural rot.
